Peacefully in her sleep surrounded by love, Mum, D'Arcy Stringer left this world to go to a better place. She lived a very contented life in which her family and friends were paramount with boundless forgiveness and empathy for others. She was an accomplished tennis and bridge player and cook extraordinaire. She accompanied our beloved Dad, Gordon (Gordon J. Stringer Ltd.) on countless business trips all over the world and touched everyone's heart. She will join Dad (deceased 2003), her daughter Tracy Stringer (deceased 2013) and her parents Nanny and Bampi. Mum is predeceased by her sister Theodore Anglin and her brother Peter Hubbell. Mum is survived by her children, Michael Stringer (Lynne), Kerri Williams (Robert) and Peter Stringer, and her two grandchildren Sandra Stringer and Kyle D'Arcy Williams as well as many nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to the Queensway Carleton Hospital, especially Vera, Ron and Doctor Russell.
Mum spent her final months at the Extendicare Starwood where the care she received was exceptional. Words are not sufficient to express our gratitude for the love and support Mum received there.
