Hobbs, Craig Ashton
It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Craig Ashton Hobbs, peacefully in hospital after a brief illness on Friday, January 7, 2022. Craig was the beloved husband of Joyce (Stanzel) for 67 years and they were inseparable best friends for 75 years.
Loving, proud and supportive father to Carol, Kathy (Gary) and Cliff (Karen). He was the cherished Grandpa of Clifford, Angela, Stephanie, Trevor, Nick and Kristina and adored Great Grandpa and Poppa to Madison, Nash, Grayson, Wesley and Oliver. Dearest and much-loved brother of Ebert (Doreen), Mary (Herb), Bernice (Cliff), Harry (Edith) and brother-in-law of Audrey. He was the fondly loved Uncle to many close and dear nieces and nephews.
Family and Friends are invited to visit the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore and Baseline Road), on Thursday, January 13, 2022, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Thomas Anglican Church, 1619 Stittsville Main St, Stittsville on Friday, January 14, 2022, at 2 p.m.
