Cleo Murray

MURRAY, Cleo (Retired Supervisor OC Transpo) – Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Starwood Extendicare Nursing Home on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Delma of 57 years. Dear father of Blaine Murray and Brenda Jackson (Keith). Loving grandfather of Meredith and Lindsey. Dear brother of Sheila Maidment (the late Bill). Predeceased by his parents Marvin and Loulia Murray and siblings Doris (Ken), Lola (Lloyd), Lee (Rita), Velma and Shirley (Andy). He will also be missed by his extended family and many friends. Cleo enjoyed camping and travelling. He liked to remain active, always keeping busy with crafts, working on cars, renovating, and playing cards. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at Glen Cairn United Church, 140 Abbeyhill Drive, Ottawa on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Reception to follow.
