Peacefully on Wednesday, July 08, 2015 in his 58 ^th year. Beloved husband of Kathy Preston. Dear father of Matt (Stephanie) and Thom (Nina). Loving grandfather of Noa, Knox and Emme. Cherished son of John and Helen Scobie. Brother of Cathy Holmes (Roger), Ken (Lorraine) and Jeff. Friends may attend a visitation at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 1610 Roger Stevens Dr., Kars (East of Hwy 416) on Sunday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 11 a.m. followed by a reception at Manotick Legion. Those wishing may make memorial donations to the Brain Tumor Foundation of Canada or the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre.
