Peacefully on February 9, 2014 in her 98 ^th year. Youngest daughter of Edith Goodall and Edward English. Predeceased by her beloved husband Fred. Loved mother of Lynne (Michael Crocker) and grandmother of Diane (Dave St. Germain), Roberta (Kevin Maloney) and Jill (Michael Moffatt). Proud great grandmother of Dominic Moffatt. Predeceased by brothers George (Alice) and Irving (Hilda) and sisters Lillian (George Lang) and Madge (Robert Winterson). Born in Montreal Clara lived in Moncton, Thunder Bay, Lachine, Oakville and finally Ottawa. She deeply loved her family and home and we believe that she is happily reunited with those who have gone before. The family is forever grateful to the staff at Peter D. Clark (Willow Wing) whose loving care eased her years there and her passing. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes 403 Richmond Road (at Roosevelt) on Thursday from 9a.m. until time of service in the chapel at 11 a.m. For those who wish, donations to the Alzheimer Society or WoodroffeUnitedChurch would be appreciated.
