Christopher Adolf Richard Larose

Christopher passed away after a two-year battle with cancer at The Ottawa General Hospital on Sunday October 29^th, 2023, with his mother by his side. Christopher was born in Napanee on November 12^th, 1997.

Loving son (of 25 years) to Kelly Ann Potvin. Lovingly remembered by sisters; Emily and Mackenzie Goodyear, Stepdad Gregory Goodyear, Grandmother Diane Latreille (James Latreille), Grandfather Chris Potvin (Debbie Gaal), Aunt Chantal Potvin (Lee Warywoda), Cousins Kristyn, Erin, Meghan, and Alex, Grandmother Linda Foster (Stu Foster), Grandfather Richard Larose (Laurie Larose), Aunt Carolann Alford (Jason Alford), Cousin Chloe. Special thank you to the entire Goodyear family for their continued support.

Christopher was an exceptionally gifted young man. Academically, he was always at the top of his class. He enjoyed playing video games, going to music festivals and had an extremely supportive group of friends. Christopher graduated from Algonquin College and was employed at Aramark (Carleton University), working in Marketing and Sales.

We are grateful to The Cancer Centre and The Ottawa General Hospital for their care over the last two years.

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Reception at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Road) on Monday, November 6th from 11 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with words of remembrance at 1:00 p.m.
