After a lengthy illness; with his family by his side, on Thursday December 12, 2013 at the age of 54 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Nancy (nee Carson). Loving father of John, David and Annie. Dear son of Betty and the late Jack Gleeson. Survived by his brother Mike (Kathy) and his sister Elizabeth (Pat Brennan). Also survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Don and Heather Carson, sisters-in-law Debra Schouten (Carey Bough) and Donna Droogh (William) as well as many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to our families, Chris' care givers, friends, neighbours and teachers. Friends may call at the Tubman Funeral Homes, Garden Chapel, 3440 Richmond Rd., Nepean (between Bayshore and Baseline Rd) on Thursday December 19, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Fallowfield Catholic Church, 15 Steeple Hill Cres., Nepean on Friday December 20, 2013 at 11 a.m. Spring Interment.
