Chesley Vernon Fry

On Friday September 13, 2024, after a battle with illness, Chesley Vernon Fry bid farewell to his family and friends, as he was called home to heaven. He is predeceased by parents Charlie and Beatrice, brothers Charlie, Allan (Violet);  sisters Cindy (Reg), Pamela (Dean) and nephew Ryan.

Ches leaves to mourn his loving children, Bianca (Trevor), Candice (Darren), Natasha, Jordan, and three beautiful grandchildren, Cali, London, Addison whom he loved all dearly. Sisters Olive (Reg), Joyce, Gloria (Art). As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Ches was born and raised in Buchans, NL. He left Newfoundland at an early age to become a successful businessman in Ottawa, ON. Ches loved to travel and hunt & fish. Ches loved everyone he came in contact with. He was also a very generous man and loved to take care of everyone. He was known as Crazy Chester and will be remembered for his great big heart and big personality.
