Suddenly, on April 14th, 2019 in Ottawa at the age of 41.  Cherished daughter of Julio Garcia and Silvia Vasquez.  Loving sister of Julio Alexander and Ever Garcia.

Cherished aunt of Silvita, Henri, Kevin, Yasmine and Jouse Garcia.  Cecilia will be greatly missed by her extended family and friends.  Visitation will be held at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Rd (at Roosevelt) on Friday, April 26th from 6-9 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held at our Lady of Fatima Parish, 153 Woodroffe Avenue, Ottawa.  on Saturday, April 27th at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society .
