Peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, May 3, 2014, age 42 years. Loving mother of Meghan. Beloved daughter of Elaine (Statham) and Ralph (Thelma). Cherished sister of Stephen (Robin), Carrie (Geoff) and Jason. She will also be greatly missed by nieces and nephews Emmie, Ethan, Shelby, Hayden, Faith and many cousins and friends. Carol graduated from the Practical School of Nursing Program at Algonquin College in June 2013. Special thanks to Dr. Song and her staff at Irving Greenberg Family Cancer Centre; Dr. Lisa Cross and staff at the Hospice at May Court for their compassionate care. Friends are invited to visit at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd. (between Baseline Rd. and Bayshore Dr.), Nepean on Thursday from 11 a.m. until time of memorial service in the chapel at 1 p.m. Donations in memory of Carol may be made to a trust fund for her daughter Meghan Page.
