With sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Carol surrounded by her family on Monday, December 12, 2016, at Ottawa. Beloved wife and best friend of the late Edward Brady. Cherished mother of Susan (Lyle), Michael (Nelda) and Steven (Myrrha). Loving nanny of Jack, Matt, Ellen, Sarah and Lauren. Dear sister of Allan and Connie. Will also be missed by many friends and extended family. The heart that Carol had for others is a rare gift to the many people who had the privilege to know her. Carol will always be remembered for her kindness, caring nature, positive outlook, zest for life and beautiful smile. Visitation will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean, between Bayshore and Baseline road on Friday, December 16, 2016 from 10 a.m. until time of service in the chapel at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the May Court Hospice.
