Peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital in her 94 ^th year. Beloved wife of the late Charles Payne. Cherished mother of Jimmy (Joan), Evelyn Rintoul (Jerry), Ruby Langford (Elmer), Barbara Karson (Les Jones), Charlene MacKinnon (David) and daughter-in-law Jeannette Payne. Survived by 12 caring grandchildren and 7 special great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Leona Wiggins (George) and Shirley Hamilton (the late Donnie). Predeceased by her loving son Lloyd, her parents Clemence and Ruby Brown, sisters and brothers-in-law Elsie and Lawson Stanley, Mary and Alec Tanner and brother and sister-in-law Reuben and Sandra Brown. Friends and family may call at the Carp Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 115 Rivington Street, Carp on Thursday, February 20 ^th , 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. James Anglican Church, Carp on Friday, February 21 ^st at 2 p.m. Donations to St. James Anglican Church, Carp would be appreciated.
