Peacefully at West End Villa on Saturday April 5, 2014 at the age of 89. Wife of the late James Seguss (2000). Much loved mother of Ronald Seguss (Margaret) and Linda Rodier (Ronald). Proud grandmother of Heather Tremblay (Doug) of Saskatoon, Carolyn Szlavik (Andy) of Guelph, Kerrie Rodier (David Patacairk) and Danielle Rodier (Jeff Connolly) from Ottawa. Belle had 10 great-grandchildren, Matthew, Erin, Mark, Elaine and Luke Tremblay; Jamie and Jaxson Szlavik; Amelia and Sophie Patacairk and Alexander Connolly. Also survived by her sister in-law Frances Willing of Hamilton. Predeceased by brothers Walter "Bud", Kenneth Willing and by a sister Mae Fry.
Friends may visit at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road (at Roosevelt) on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, April 10, at 11 am, followed by a reception. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Ottawa at a later date.
In remembrance, donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
