Unexpectedly. Surrounded by family. Survived by her husband of 53 years, Terry and daughters Jennifer (Christian Brun) and Gillian (Jeff MacIntosh). Granny Bea to Gabriel, Lauren, Gwynn and Isla. Sister of Debby Johns, aunt to Joshua and Laura Fauquier. Predeceased by her son David. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses in the ER and ICU at the Queensway Carleton Hospital for their compassionate care. A memorial reception will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Road) on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. A private interment will be held at Beechwood Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to Candlelighters ( www.candlelighters.net ) or Camp Trillium ( www.camptrillium.com ) would be appreciated.
