Barbara D'Arceuil

Barbara D’Arceuil passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 22nd, 2024, with family by her side. An exceptionally strong, powerful and beautiful woman, Barbara was fiercely independent and driven. With sheer courage, sacrifice and incredibly hard work she left her home of Trinidad to establish a new life for her and her children in Canada. A loving sister, devoted mother, precious auntie and proud grandmother, and great grandmother, she will be remembered fondly by family and friends. 

Barbara is survived by her siblings, Helen, Carol, Gerald, Lynette, Tolly and Rena and predeceased by Boyie, Willy and Patsy. She is lovingly remembered by her children Jennifer, Anthony, Barry, Stephen, Jeffrey and Antoinette. Grandmother of eight and great grandmother of five, Barbara gave love generously and will be missed by all.

Please join us in celebrating Barbara’s life at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Home, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline rd.) on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. We look forward to sharing her stories and love for life.
