It is with infinite sadness we announce that Augusto, aged 1 day, passed away peacefully surrounded by his parents Riccardo and Giulia Pagliarello. Precious grandchild of Nonni Domenico and Viviana Trapani and Nonni Felicia and the late Augusto Franco Pagliarello. Cherished nephew of Giuseppe Trapani, Paola Trapani (Daniele) and Alessandro Pagliarello (Cristina). Adored cousin of Francis, Gemma, Natalia and Antonio. Nostro amore, no words can describe this heartache and no words can comfort our broken hearts. We’ve never felt agony like this before. Our arms are empty, we’ll never hear you laugh or cry, nor will we feel your hugs and kisses. We will always wonder who you would have been. This isn’t how we planned it amore. When you left us, mamma and papa sent a piece of their heart, so they would always be with you in heaven. Mamma promises when she gets to heaven the first thing I am going to do is find you, the second thing I will do is never let you go again, only then will my heart be whole once more. We trust that God needed you more and we know His love and warm embrace will keep you safe. He holds our whole world in His arms. We find comfort in knowing the first thing you saw when you opened your eyes was Jesus’ face. You will live in our hearts forever, you are our eternity. We love you past the moon and miss you beyond the stars. Love Mamma and Papa. We would like to thank Dr. Al-Garoushah, Dr. Bonhomme and all of the nurses involved in caring for Augusto at The Ottawa Hospital General Campus, you are all angels in disguise.
