Audrey Gerylo

Peacefully in the company of her loving husband of 63 years, at sunset on July 24, 2013, Audrey Gerylo (nee Frame) of Gloucester, Ontario at the age of 86. Dear daughter of the late Thomas and Ina Frame, beloved wife and best friend of Stephen, cherished mother of Stephanie of Ottawa, Debra (Greg, and his daughter Sara) of Spencerville, and son Tom of Toronto. Treasured Baba of grandchildren Taryn (Charlie), Ashley (Jeff) and Brianna (Dave). Much adored Baba of great-grandchildren Thalia, Anabelle, Charlotte, Phineas, Isla and Fletcher. Loving sister of Lorne (Dell), Charlie (Marie), Adina (late Joe) and Ainsle (Lucille). Predeceased by sister Shirley. Audrey will be missed and remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road (at Roosevelt)on Sunday, July 28 from 1-3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Audrey’s life will be celebrated on Monday, July 29 at 11 a.m. in the chapel at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks for all the support they received over the past week and also extend deepest gratitude to the staff at Hospice Care Ottawa’s Central West Hospice for the comfort and peace they provided during Audrey’s short stay. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the hospice would be greatly appreciated by her family. Audrey’s immense pride in and devotion to her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren transcended everything else and these values will continue to inspire those who were a part of her blessed life.
