Uncle to James, Michael and Mark. Friends may visit at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road at Roosevelt Avenue, Ottawa on Friday, September 20, 2013 from 2 pm followed by a Celebration of Mark's life in the Chapel at 3 pm
