It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Angela Tucker (Pecore) on September 2, 2023 in her 93rd year of life. Precious mother to Judy (Marc) Wood, Stephen (Wendy), Catherine (predeceased), Sandra, David (Linda), Colleen (Robert) Hamilton and Elaine (Curtis) Azulay. Cherished by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

With a spirit to serve, Angela (Angie) became a registered nurse-first training in New York City, working in various hospitals in Ontario and eventually retiring from the Ottawa Civic Hospital in 1994. She was well-thought of by her patients and co-workers.

Her caring and kind nature spread to her large extended family and to her many friends. With skillful hands, she would knit many warm wool socks for charities in need within our city. She was quick to help out someone she saw in need. Angela had a strong faith, was an associate with the Sisters of Holy Cross and was active within her parish.

The family wishes to thank those who cared for her at Forest Hill.

She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered.

Visitation will be at St. Isidore Church, Kanata at 10 am Saturday, September 9th followed by Mass in the church at 11am.
