Post Service Care
Tubman Funeral Homes strives to enhance the quality of care and added service provided to each family we have the privilege to serve.
We understand that dealing with the loss of a family member does not end with the funeral experience at the funeral home. We appreciate that in a time of grief and sorrow, there are numerous details to be attended to afterwards. Tubman Funeral Homes does not want you to be alone during this difficult time. We are extending our professional services to you and your family after the funeral experience.
We wish to take this opportunity to introduce our Post Service Care Program. Our program offers continued support and guidance which includes delivery of estate related documentation and facilitation of many tasks such as completing forms related to the Canada Pension Plan Death and Survivors benefits. We will also provide information and access to resources and/or agencies that may be relevant to estate matters. In addition to estate related issues, our Post Service Care team will offer information on our Aftercare Program which provides group support seminars and our self help library offered through Tubman Funeral Homes.
